With cohorts that launch every January and August, the Fellowship Masters + Principal Certification Track is a rigorous, job-embedded, and blended learning experience designed to develop the most effective equity-focused principals in the country.

Program Curriculum

Participants in the Fellowship Masters + Principal Certification Track embark on a comprehensive learning journey that includes 30 credit hours of coursework and is supported by job-embedded residency, individual coaching, and community building.

Prospective Participant Profile

We partner with districts and systems to support the identification of potential candidates for the Fellowship. All candidates will be evaluated against our admissions criteria.

Prospective participants in the Fellowship Masters + Principal Certification Track should:

  • Embrace an equity-focused mindset
  • Show evidence of foundational instructional leadership knowledge and skills
  • Demonstrate personal leadership attributes
  • Present a track record of success in driving student achievement gains

Prospective participants in the Fellowship Masters + Principal Certification Track are expected to have:

  • A valid teaching license and 2-3 years of teaching experience
  • A school-based leadership role
