Program Details
With the Fellowship, you will exercise leadership before stepping into the principal role. Monthly personalized coaching sessions, combined with a principal residency and cohort-based learning, enable you to learn from current and former principals and alongside peers who share your vision and values. The Fellowship is designed for full-time teachers. While classes are in session, fellows can expect to dedicate 10-12 hours a week to the program including one weekly synchronous session and one monthly personal coaching session. Monthly payment plans are available for all individuals enrolled in the Fellowship. In addition, candidates for the Master’s + Certification Track are eligible for federal financial aid and are required to submit a FAFSA.
